Kensington Outing

A group of 14 KIC members was not deterred from going to London to visit the historic and fascinating Kensington Palace.The resounding comment at the end of the day was that it was a wonderful experience, more than worth the effort. After partaking of the festive coffee and nibbles at the onsite café, we donned headphones to take the tour through the beautiful rooms over two floors. The audio guide gave comprehensive descriptions, in addition there was the option to listen to extra information if we were interested. This meant that each of us could go at our own pace. After which some of us, again, enjoyed a light lunch in the café.
