The AGM - a popular start to the new KIC year

We saw a very good turnout for the AGM , which this year was held at the beautiful Pavilion at the Wildernesse Estate. Members received a report on the many activities which the Club has undertaken throughout the year, as well as the financial report for the past year.  The President Bridget Salmon was pleased to report that we have nine new members as a result of her interview on Kent Radio and an article in the Net magazine in the summer. Following the meeting formalities, a gift of appreciation was presented to Bridget, and Linda Glennie, Special Events Co-ordinator, who are both leaving committee after a successful year in their respective positions.  Our new president is Caroleen Davidson, who was previously the KIC Newsletter Editor.
